Attack Surface Heatmap
Which injection delivery method works best against which framework, on which vertical? This three-dimensional matrix reveals that context matters — the same technique that succeeds on a dev tools site may fail on a healthcare portal.
Heatmap data is being collected.
The heatmap requires sufficient interactions across multiple frameworks, delivery methods, and verticals. Each cell needs 10+ observations before it appears.
Reading the Heatmap
Each cell shows the injection success rate for a specific (framework, delivery method, vertical) combination. A success means the agent followed the injected instruction and called back to our telemetry endpoint.
Cells with fewer than 10 observations are hidden to avoid misleading conclusions from small samples. Hover over a cell to see the exact sample size.
The key insight: effectiveness is not universal. A delivery method that works well against one framework on one vertical may be completely ineffective in a different context.
